MIRS 3152 Patient Care and Management - Fall 2021       2-2 hrs.

Prerequisites: By permission. Course focuses on skills required when interacting with and caring for patients. Emergency response, infection control, aseptic and sterile preparation techniques, verbal and non-verbal communication, cultural competency, patient advocacy, patient safety and professional roles and responsibilities are additionally addressed.
