NURS 6302 Advancing Health Equity in Diverse Populations - Summer I 2023       2-2 hrs.

Prerequisites: Acceptance into graduate-level program or permission of the instructor. Examines factors associated with health and healthcare inequities. Using an ecological approach, the course explores social determinants of health and embodied connections that exist between people, politics, environments/ecologies, and health to elucidate and alter who and what drives population rates of disease and health inequities.
