Prerequisites: 7203 Influential Nurse Leadership and Relationship Management This course explores strategies to initiate, lead, sustain and evaluate change in complex organizations and systems with a focus on organizational analysis, strategic change, group dynamics, and individual and group motivation Practicum hours will be used to complete a comprehensive organizational assessment upon which change strategies are developed.
