PAT 7702 Epidemiology and Medical Statistics - Summer I 2021       2-2 hrs.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of year one summer semester of the Physician Assistant program or permission by PA Program Director. The course is designed to introduce students to the general principles of epidemiology and biostatistics including research study, design, and methodology. A strong emphasis is placed upon use of probabilistic data and critical appraisal skills in clinical decision-making.
