PHTH 9014 Physical Therapy Management for Sport & Recreation - Summer I 2021       4-4 hrs.

Prerequisites: Instructor permission. Advances the student's knowledge related to assessment and treatment of injuries related to sport or recreation. It includes comprehensive physical therapy management of these injuries with focus on the unique aspects of acute management, complex movement, equipment issues, injury prevention, psychosocial considerations, and healthcare team management in this patient population.
