PAT 7231 Principles of Immunology - Spring 2018       1-1 hrs.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of year one summer semester in the physician assistant program. Principles of Immunology addresses topics such as the major functions and molecular mechanisms underlying innate, humoral, and adaptive immunity, as well as the respective roles these systems play in combating infectious disease. Moreover, the immunology segment includes disorders of the immune system, such as hypersensitivity and immunodeficiencies.
