NS 3191 Nutrition Assessment - Fall 2014       1-1 hrs.

Prerequisites: Admission to Program or Permission This course is designed to provide an introduction to nutrition assessment, specifically looking at weight/ anthropometrics, dietary/alimentation, biochemical, clinical, drug nutrient interaction, and the Nutrition Care Process. It is intended to prepare the student for Medical Nutrition Therapy courses.
