PAT 7723 Concepts of Community Medicine - Summer I 2014       3-3 hrs.

Prerequisites: Admittance to the School of Community Medicine Physician Assistant Program. Concepts of Community Medicine is an introductory course designed to prepare students to grasp the many factors that impact health outcomes. A focus will be placed on public health issues and the broad determinants that shape the health of community populations, especially in the state of Oklahoma. (S, I)
