PA 7106 Clinical Medicine I - Spring 2014       6-6 hrs.

Prerequisites: Admission to the PA Program. Clinical Medicine I introduces the physician associate student to disease states within the following medical disciplines: Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Endocrinology, and Obstetrics and Gynecology. The student will develop a working knowledge of the etiology, prevention, clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and monitoring of diseases with these areas of medicine. (F; I).
