This course will familiarize students with the behavior of airborne particles (dusts, mists, fogs, etc.) of occupational and environmental health concern. Students will be able to recognize potential aerosol hazards, identify measurement methods appropriate to their characterization, and interpret measurement results in the light of current exposure standards.
