time.
2. Non-OUHSC employees, including all OMRF members, seeking a renewal appointment
for the first time since December 2009.

seeking to renew a primary or secondary graduate faculty appointment.
This application should be completed by a graduate faculty
member seeking an appointment in a graduate program other than their primary graduate
program for the first time.
1. A temporary appointment may be granted to a person who
by reason of professional expertise or special qualifications can be a contributor
to a specific project, thesis, or dissertation committee or who will be teaching
on a temporary basis in a graduate program.
