NS 7103 Applied Pediatric Nutrition - Spring 2024       3-3 hrs.

Prerequisites: Successful completion of NS 7113, or instructor permission. Applied Pediatric Nutrition is a course that focuses on the nutritional needs of infants and children from the prenatal period through adolescence through the lens of interprofessional care. Topics include nutrition assessment, malnutrition, breast-feeding, infant nutrition, growth and development throughout childhood, developmental disabilities, feeding patterns, and weight management.
