PA 7134 Pathophysiology - Spring 2015       4-4 hrs.

Prerequisites: Admissions to the PA Program Pathophysiology is divided into two sections: 1) lectures covering basic aspects of cell and tissue disease, injury, repair and neoplasia; and 2) lectures focused on embryology, histology and molecular mechanisms of frequently encountered diseases such as diseases of the pancreas, thyroid dysfunction, HIV, pulmonary disease, atherosclerosis, and renal failure.
