OCTH 8372 Clinical Practice Management II - Spring 2016       2-2 hrs.

Prerequisites: OCTH 8332, 8272, 8292, 8234 Cross listed: PHTH 8373 This course focuses is on the interconnection among the various segments of the health care system and the role of physical and occupational therapists as professionals in this system. Areas to be addressed include delivery organizations, billing and reimbursement, quality improvement, outcomes, fiscal management, business planning, marketing, and leadership skills.
