PHTH 8372 Clinical Practice Management II - Spring 2015       2-2 hrs.

Prerequisites: AHS 8112, PHTH 8132, PHTH 8114, PHTH 8172, PHTH 8154, PHTH 9391, PHTH 8332 Cross listed: OCTH 8373 This course focuses is on the interconnections among the various segments of the health care system and the role of physical and occupational therapists as professionals in this system. Areas to be addressed include delivery organizations, billing and reimbursement, quality improvement, outcomes, fiscal management, business planning, marketing, and leadership skills.
