Pre- or CO-requisites: Organic Chemistry and Admission to program in Nutritional Sciences Multi-Level Course: NS 5253 Food science is the study of foods as chemical compounds and the chemical reactions and physical changes which occur from production to consumption. Sensory evaluation technique uses and evaluation of data will also be discussed.
