OUHSC Parking Leave Alone List

If you are an OU Health employee who will be parking in P1 or P2 Garage, please contact OU Health Parking at 405/271-7032 to submit a leave alone.

You must be a valid permit holder in order to use this Leave Alone List.

To avoid a citation, please provide the correct information in the fields below. Some handy tips:

• If you are driving a loaner, rental, or you forget your hangtag, enter a Leave Alone and park in your assigned area. Gated lots and garages can be accessed using the call box.
• If you are going to be seen as a medical or dental patient or attend an appointment in a University office or department that is not related to your job responsibilities, enter a Leave Alone before your appointment. We reserve the right to request documentation that the appointment you attended was not related to your University responsibilities.
• If you need a Leave Alone that extends beyond the end of the week, please call the OUHSC Parking Office at 405/271-2020 for an extended Leave Alone.
