PHTH 8372 Clinical Practice Management II - Spring 2016       2-2 hrs.

Prerequisites: AHS 8112, PHTH 8132, PHTH 8114, PHTH 8172, PHTH 8154, PHTH 9391, PHTH 8332. This course focuses on the interconnections among various segments of the health care system and physical therapists' role as professionals within this system. Areas to be addressed include delivery organizations, billing and reimbursement, outcomes, fiscal and risk management, staffing, marketing and public relations, health informatics, and continuous quality improvement.
