FM 9562 Family Medicine in Community Urban Setting - Summer II 2011       80-160 hrs.

Prerequisites: Fourth Year Standing/Passing score on USMLE Step 1 examination. Emphasis on outpatient medicine with special focus on evidence-based and patient-centered approaches, psychosocial issues, and comprehensive case management. Well-suited for students planning to engage in a busy practice where sound clinical skills and clinical decision making principles are paramount.
